01. Order Reception
Please visit PrintCity andsign up as a member. In the [Order Now] section of the website, record all order information in detail along with the product name you wish to order.
Complete your order by attaching the design work file (refer to work guidelines).
File Shooter members can use File Shooter for ordering and submission for greater convenience.
02. Payment (Prepayment)
Once your order is complete, make payment via real-time bank transfer, virtual account, online deposit, or credit card for the order amount. (Production begins only after payment is confirmed.)
※ For ongoing transactions, you can use the <Prepayment System> where you charge a certain amount for more stable and convenient usage.
03. Print Output
Based on your order content (files), high-quality printing work is carried out through the <Process Management System>.
04. Product Packaging
Products go through a meticulous sorting process for accurate shipping, and individual packaging for each product is perfectly handled.
05. Product Delivery
Standard delivery service uses courier, and upon customer request, Seoul and nearby areas can also use recipient-paid quick delivery service.
Members located nearby can visit our office to pick up their shipped products in person.
