Terms of Service
[ Pricing ]

1. All prices listed are prepaid amounts (VAT included) at the time of order. Prices may change without prior notice due to increases in material costs or production expenses. In the event of a price change, the prices displayed on this website shall take precedence over printed price lists.

2. Production will not proceed until payment is confirmed. Delays or omissions may occur if payment details do not match (e.g., bank name or depositor name). Please contact us if any payment issues arise.

3. Estimates provided via phone are provisional. Accurate pricing requires submission of final data and exact samples.

4. Additional charges apply to products outside standard specifications.

5. If an order in progress is canceled, cancellation may or may not be possible depending on the production stage.

[ Order Submission ]

1. If the orderer's name, phone number, bank, payment amount, or depositor name do not match, the order may be treated as unpaid and production may not proceed.

2. Orders for which payment is not confirmed by 6:00 PM on the same day may be excluded from production.

[ Design and Printing ]

1. Due to differences in color reproduction between printed materials (inkjet, CLC, monitors, etc.), identical colors cannot be guaranteed. Samples are for reference only.

2. Color variations may occur even when reprinting the same data.

3. For double-sided printing, color differences may occur between front and back, and variations may also arise depending on paper type and finishing.

4. For coated business cards, overly dark ink coverage may cause bubbles; for uncoated cards, ink offset may occur.

5. Finishing and cutting processes may have a tolerance of 1–2 mm. Designs should include a 2–3 mm inner margin from cut lines. Designs requiring perfectly even margins on all sides may not be cut uniformly.

6. If an exact quantity is required, extra copies are necessary; please consult with our staff when placing your order.

7. Customers requiring precise color and quantity should place orders as individual plate jobs rather than gang printing.

9. Files with excessively high resolution or large images scaled down may cause errors or delays during output. Please use appropriate resolution and images at a 1:1 scale. Rasterizing files with many effects or objects is recommended for stability.

10. If the total CMYK ink coverage exceeds 250%, ink smudging or offset may occur.

[ Data Submission ]

1. We assume customers have reviewed the production guidelines prior to submission. We only verify overall dimensions and are not responsible for detailed data errors.

2. We are not responsible for errors arising from EPS, Photoshop, or Illustrator files. For full compatibility, please prepare files using Quark or CorelDRAW.

3. We do not modify customer-submitted data. If modifications are made at the customer's request and issues arise, no objections may be raised, and we assume no responsibility.

[ Specifications and Paper Quality ]

1. Specifications and paper quality may be replaced with the closest available alternatives without prior notice due to quality improvements, price increases, or supply issues.

[ Finishing ]

1. We are not responsible for finishing processes outsourced to third parties.

2. Cutting dies are not stored by default. Customers wishing to reuse dies must notify us at the time of order. Dies may be reused to a certain extent; however, if blades become dull or rusted, a new die must be produced. Dies may be stored for up to six months upon request.

3. For small stickers (one side 50 mm or less), a back slit may not be applied. Larger sizes may include multiple slits, and slit direction may differ from preference.

[ Errors and Reproduction ]

1. If an error is clearly due to our fault, reproduction is possible; however, refunds, shipping costs, and any third-party damages related to printed materials are not compensated.

2. Reproduction requires the return of all shipped products.

3. Claims for defective products must be submitted within three days of delivery.

4. Reproduction standards vary depending on the error type. For printing or cutting errors, reproduction is based on the original data. If errors are caused by customer mistakes (typos, revisions, or data errors), partial costs for data correction may apply.

[ Delivery Schedule ]

1. Due to various factors in the printing process, delays may occur. We do not provide compensation based on delivery dates.

2. Although over 97% of completed orders are shipped the next day, 2–3% may be delayed due to errors. Orders tied to strict schedules (e.g., overseas travel or events) are not recommended unless arranged as individual plate jobs.

[ Shipping and Delivery ]

1. Orders with finishing processes may take longer than the estimated delivery date, and additional finishing steps may further extend lead time.

2. Shipping via courier, express, or freight (collect on delivery) is available upon request; however, we are not responsible for transportation-related issues.

3. Products are stored for up to five days after completion. Items not collected within this period will be disposed of. For extended storage, please contact our shipping department.
